The manager at the hotel was absolutely amazing. When I explained that I couldn't handle carrying heavy bags up the stairs due to my recovery from brain surgery, he kindly switched our second-floor room to a first-floor room. The level of hospitality shown by the manager was truly exceptional.

While the room itself was relatively clean, I did notice a few minor issues. The floors could have been swept more thoroughly, and some areas felt a bit sticky.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel had ample parking, which was well-lit and easily accessible from the rooms. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bay and within walking distance of the beach and shops. There were also several restaurants nearby, including a great breakfast place right opposite the hotel. I loved being right next to the rock and harbor, which provided beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more options. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices available.

The amenities at the Rockview Inn were outstanding for the price. Free WiFi, a 1080p TV with HDMI hookups, and a luggage table were great. The bathroom even had a window, which is rare in the places I usually stay. The location was ideal, halfway between the dock downhill and the shops uphill.

They gave me great recommendations for nearby places, including the amazing bakery, La Parisienne. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from restaurants, attractions, and even the bay and the ocean. It was safe and convenient for walking my dogs too. I can't wait to return!

Location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my stay.

The bathroom could have been maintained better, as there was some mold present. Additionally, the water for the shower was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. the rooms were clean and tidy, which is always a plus. Location, wise, we were just a block away from the beautiful beach and a short 20, minute drive from the famous Morro Bay rock. It was so convenient being able to walk everywhere and explore the area easily.

Although not a big deal with the cool weather, the lack of an AC unit in the room did make it a little warm during the day. Additionally, having a second, floor room with a great view was nice, but it made it a bit challenging for our senior dog to navigate the stairs.

We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located inn. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for two people. The staff was helpful and accommodating. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Close to food, drinks, and shopping by foot, prompt hot water heater replacement, friendly and hardworking manager couple.
