The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the main sights of the city. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern amenities of the hotel. The spa and pool facilities were also top-notch, and we enjoyed a relaxing Hammam treatment. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered stunning views of the city. we had a fantastic experience at Levni Hotel & Spa.

The hotel was perfectly located near all the historic sites such as Sophia Hagia and the Blue Mosque, making it very convenient for first-time travelers to explore Istanbul. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy space to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread offered at the hotel, a great way to start our day.

There was some traffic noise due to the bustling city, which slightly affected our sleep.

We loved the hotel's facilities - swimming pool and bubble bath were fantastic. The staff, especially Nural, were excellent and very helpful. Turkish bath and sea view rooms were worth it. Tram ride was easy to use.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased to find that the hotel had some great complementary offers. the breakfast was amazing with a variety of freshly cooked eggs. the staff were knowledgeable and able to provide detailed maps, making it easy to navigate the location, which was conveniently close to public transport and tourist sites. What I loved most was the hotel's rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the city.

One issue I had was with the size of the rooms, which were quite small and failed to leave enough space for accommodating luggage. I found the prices of certain services to be quite high compared to other hotels.

It is also within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, making shopping convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The spa facilities are also commendable, allowing guests to relax and unwind.

The AC shuts off for a few minutes at night, which can be a bit inconvenient.
