The location was stunning, with beautiful views and a private beach where we could relax and enjoy the sun. The staff were amazing, from taking our drink orders to providing us with fresh towels by the pool. Aysegul, one of the chefs at the restaurant, always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the entertainment provided by the hotel was excellent. The whole family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hairdresser at the hotel was a disappointment. Despite showing him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, he didn't understand English and didn't listen to my requests.

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The hotel had spacious grounds, gardens, beach, and pool areas. The variety of bars and restaurants kept us entertained. The animation team put on amazing shows.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was perfect! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The upgraded Grand Suite was first-class with a wonderful view and a large terrace. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic shower with 6 jets. The food at the restaurant was superb, with a varied selection and high standard of hygiene. The hotel itself was impeccably maintained, with beautifully maintained gardens and seating areas. The beach area was also wonderful, with attentive waiters and a secure atmosphere. We couldn't fault this hotel in any way, it exceeded all our expectations!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving holiday at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and always made sure that we had everything we needed. We loved the food, especially the delicious pastries that were offered every day. The pool areas were great and we enjoyed spending time in the different pools. The location was great as well, with access to stunning views and the beach.

There was really nothing that we didn't like about our stay at this resort. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

The receptionist Hakan and room service captain Turan were exceptional. The room was perfect for a family of 4, with a separate sleeping area for the kids and a jacuzzi. The restaurant staff went above and beyond for vegetarian guests. Many activities were available, including water slides. The food was delicious, with special themed options on holidays.

Fantastic Animation every year!

The hotel offers a great location with easy access to different places. Guests can enjoy delicious pastries at the patisserie every day. The hotel is conveniently located on a bus route, making it easy to travel to the center of the city for shopping. The main eating venue, called Zen, offers a variety of dining options. Plus, the hotel grounds have multiple areas where guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings.

Some guests have mentioned rude staff members and a lack of proper hygiene practices around the pool area.

Luxurious amenities and prompt service make this hotel an ideal stay for a relaxing retreat. The spa offers a wide range of treatments, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were spotless. However, I wished the sauna was hotter. The entertainment and live music added to the hotel's vibrant atmosphere, and the dining options surpassed my expectations with fresh seafood and flavorful dishes.

Although the hotel's beach access is ample, the sand was a bit gritty and needed to be cleaned more regularly. Despite this minor issue, the sun loungers and sun umbrellas were clean and comfortable, and the beachfront location provided stunning views.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short walk from the beach. The entertainment team kept me busy all day with their exciting activities. The main restaurant, "Zen," served delicious meals and the Mexican al la carte restaurant exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The service was exceptional and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the beautiful view from my room and the facilities were top-notch.

That some items in the kids club and the popcorn machine outside the kids disco came at an additional charge.

We had an amazing room with a jacuzzi and terrace, offering a fantastic view. The multiple pools, including a kids pool and aquapark, were great for relaxation and fun. The beach was also excellent, with various water sport activities available. The food at the resort was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a spacious and nice junior suite. The room was cleaned twice a day, with impeccable cleanliness. The reception staff was helpful and quick to respond to our requests. The view from our room was great, overlooking the desert. The Asian cuisine cooked by the chef was impressive. The all-inclusive a la carte options were good, although we couldn't try the Japanese restaurant as it was fully booked. The indoor pool and steam sauna were cool amenities.

Felt very satisfied, no complaints whatsoever.
