Nothing, everything was great.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms at the apartments. They provided plenty of space for me and my family to relax and unwind. the location was fantastic, with key attractions just a short walk away. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city and soak up the festive atmosphere.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the cleanliness of the kitchen was not up to par.

The Red Brick Apartments provide excellent value for money. The spacious rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and a kitchenette, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. The attentive staff offer friendly service and are always ready to help. The hotel's location just outside the Old City of Krakow allows easy access to all the main squares and attractions.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a short distance from the old town. The staff, especially Paulina, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel was also very safe and conveniently located for day trips outside of Krakow. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the sights in the center of the town. It was also conveniently close to the central station, making it easy to explore other areas. We loved that there was a bakery right across the street, perfect for grabbing a morning treat. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep.

There were some cosmetic issues in the room that could have been upgraded or repaired.

The apartment location was very convenient as it was only a few minutes’ walk away from the train station, which made it easy to explore the city. the apartment was equipped with a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare our own meals. the staff was very helpful with our needs and provided us with useful tips about the city.

The apartment was quite noisy, especially early in the morning, with sirens blaring in the street below and church bells ringing loudly. the pillows were quite big and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Red Brick Apartments. the location was perfect, just outside the Old City and close to the train station. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and tours for us. We particularly enjoyed the tour to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine, both highly recommended. Red Brick Apartments offered great value for money and we would definitely stay again.
