I had an amazing stay at this 5* venue and I will definitely return. The hotel facilities are modern and up to date, and the entertainment system through the TV is the best I've seen. The hotel is clean, quiet, and relaxing, with a sauna and hammam for ultimate relaxation. The swimming pools have jets for massage and relaxation, creating a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, as it is situated next to Ribeauvillé, a very nice typical Alsace village on the "route de vin". The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, with breathtaking views of the mountains and vineyards. The staff at the hotel, especially Tiffany, Claire, and Mylene, were very professional.

We loved the location of this place, nestled in the beautiful Alsace region. The views from our balcony were absolutely fabulous, overlooking the vineyards and mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely light atmosphere. The huge beds were amazingly comfortable, and the accessories provided, like robes, slippers, and flip flops, added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
