Another positive was the comfortable bed and well-heated room. But honestly, with all the negative experiences we had, it's hard to find much to rave about.

Arrived tired after a long journey at 8pm, only to be told that the air conditioning doesn't kick in until 11pm. Shower without a door meant water sprayed all over the bathroom.
