We recently spent a wonderful and romantic weekend in the Girona area. the hotel we chose was wonderful - the facilities were top-notch and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. We also enjoyed taking the electric bikes out for a ride - it was a great way to explore the surrounding countryside.

There were a few things that detracted from our experience. the water in the rooftop pool was very cold, so we couldn't use it as we had planned.

The staff were attentive and kind. The beautiful building and gardens created a charming environment. The spacious rooms were well equipped. It was a short drive to the medieval village of Pals.

The hotel oozed luxury with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spacious sun terrace with beach umbrellas. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered massages, steam room, Turkish bath, and an open-air bath for a truly relaxing experience. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast, and the staff catered to my dietary requirements. the room featured exclusive facilities with a private bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast was delightful. the location was serene, surrounded by beautiful gardens that made for wonderful scenery while sipping on coffee/tea in the lobby.

There was a minor issue with the service, with the staff being efficient but not welcoming or friendly. This made the experience less personal than anticipated.
