The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, being in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, and transport options. the staff was very friendly and provided great service during our Christmas stay.

There was a lack of natural light in the room, making it feel dark. , cleanliness could have been better as there was some dust on surfaces.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Mas Suites Karakoy! the host, Talha, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He even arranged transportation for us when we arrived. the location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of Karakoy with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Talha's recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and he provided excellent support whenever we needed it. We highly recommend this accommodation.
