The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to the main street full of bars and restaurants options. It was convenient to have easy access to all the local attractions and nightlife. The apartments were new and stylish, providing a comfortable and modern accommodation option for guests.- One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly reception staff who were always willing to assist with any queries or concerns.

Our stay was constantly disrupted by ongoing construction works, which affected our overall experience. The noise from the drilling was particularly bothersome, especially during sunset hours and even during our supposedly relaxing complimentary massage session.

The beds were so comfy and the AC worked perfectly to keep us cool. The staff went above and beyond by having our room ready early and even decorated it for my birthday. The security and maintenance staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our positive experience.

We had an amazing time at Casa Kuaa! The communication from staff before our arrival was excellent, and the facility itself was stunning. From the private pools to the private balconies and the beach bar, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and the kittens running around were an adorable bonus. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Escondido. The breakfast and drinks at the bar were delicious too. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach. 10/10 recommend!
