The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and at home, and even accommodated our request for a bigger room. The hotel's location was also a strong point, situated in a quiet area away from the bustling city center. we appreciated the fact that there were two shopping centers nearby and free public parking on the street.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the pillows in our room had a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant.

Had an awesome Easter break at a hotel near two shopping centers, with clean and spacious rooms, and a well-furnished dining room that served good breakfast. The staff, despite their limited knowledge in English, was very friendly and helpful, especially the Manager who had extensive knowledge of Turkish history and the region in general.
