I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with plenty of local restaurants and a metro station nearby. We had a lovely stay as a newly married couple at Melas Hotel. The 2 receptionists, Mr. Doğukan and Mr. Ekim, were extremely helpful and friendly with great service. The hotel design is beautiful and the facilities are great. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The food is of great quality and breakfast had a good variety. a gem of a hotel with outstanding staff.

the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering various options such as full body massages, Turkish baths, and steam rooms. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for relaxing. the location advantages were ideal, with easy access to various restaurants and cash points.

The only minor issue I encountered was the thin walls, which allowed for noise to seep through. this was positively addressed by the helpful and accommodating staff who ensured I had a comfortable stay.

The location near the metro station was really convenient for us to explore the city. The room service was efficient and the staff were all very friendly. We also appreciated the laundry service and luggage storage that was available. The spa and leisure facilities were top-notch with the sauna, swimming pool, and massages. We were impressed by the cleanliness of Melas Hotel and the great quality of the toiletries provided. The bed was very comfortable and the room service staff were lovely. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. Although the location was a bit far from attractions and taxis were costly due to traffic, we enjoyed our stay overall.
