We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the delicious "Pho" at the hotel's restaurant. The hotel's location in Hanoi's old quarter was perfect, with easy access to all the main streets and the night market. we highly recommend this top hotel in Hanoi.

The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and they made jokes at the expense of guests. The maintenance of the rooms was lacking, with lights not functioning and temperature control issues.
