We stayed at this hotel for a short vacation and were impressed with its central location in a bustling area, which made it easy to find transportation. Besides, this place provides quality services, including a 24-hour room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. Our room was spotless and well-appointed, including amenities such as a minibar, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee-making facilities. The icing on the cake was the lush spa and wellness center, featuring an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. We felt well-rested and pampered after the fantastic treatments.

The only downside we could find was that some staff members could be more attentive and polite, but it did not affect our experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel impressed us sufficiently that we recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay.

The hotel's location is convenient for travel by metro, being situated near to important areas. The metro station is close by, making it easily accessible. Further, the staff is friendly and accommodating, with excellent service and spacious rooms.

The bathroom lacks proper ventilation, leading to black corners in the standing shower.

Had a lovely Xmas break with two complimentary gifts from the hotel. the location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a stunning view from our room. Room service was prompt and courteous, always making sure we had everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were a few spots that were missed by housekeeping. the bathroom amenities were not restocked regularly, and we had to ask for more towels as they were not provided daily.

Good location for reaching tourist attractions. Staff provide helpful service, even offering extra beds and room upgrades. Nice indoor pool, but hotel is on the old side and more like a 4-star than a 5-star. English proficiency of staff could be improved. No front parking or drop off point available.

We appreciated the hotel's flexibility in allowing us to store our luggage before our trip to Cappadocia. a charming hotel that we would definitely book again.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities and private facilities that fulfilled all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Massage services provided were of top quality. The Buffet breakfast was varied and satisfying, and the Bar/ Lounge area provided leisure time with great drinks. The location was really advantageous as the metro station was located only 10 minutes away and there were many good restaurants around.

The only minor issue that we faced during our stay was that the elevators were slow sometimes, especially during the morning hours. However, the good service provided by the polite staff made up for it.
