the location was excellent, with close proximity to restaurants, the seaside, and the Marmaray public transport. the value for money was impressive, providing a great experience at a reasonable price. the receptionists were friendly and the service was on par with or even better than some 5-star hotels I've stayed at. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We will definitely be returning.

I had a lovely stay at Merlin Hotel for 5 nights. The staff, especially Mr. Emirhan, were incredibly kind. The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The daily towel change and complimentary bottled water were nice touches. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bakirkoy, with shopping malls, restaurants, and a beautiful park nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the free parking was a bonus. The new port "Galataport" is a short drive away.

Construction noise in the early morning disturbing the peace. Rooms could have been larger for added comfort.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Bakirkoy, making it convenient for travelers to access the Marmaray tram and the Havarist bus station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful front desk attendants. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.

It would be even better if they had a spa center and a gym for guests to relax and stay active during their stay.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a decent experience. the breakfast was varied and filling, including some complementary sweet treats and fresh fruit. the location was perfect, with lots of nearby shops and markets to explore. the hotel had a nice gym facility which was a bonus.

The room was a bit disappointing, considering the price paid. the bed was comfortable but the bathroom had water leakage issues, and the cleaning was not up to par.
