As young people, we loved the convenient location near the Galata Tower and Taksim Square with plenty of cafes and shopping options. The interconnecting double rooms were perfect for our family, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy central area. The staff, especially Erkan, were friendly and knowledgeable about the city. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was delicious and much nicer than typical hotel breakfast rooms.

I had a great stay in this hotel on top of a hill. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were comfortable with all necessary facilities. The breakfast included some delicious Turkish dishes. The location was amazing, in the center of the city and very close to public transport. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hotel offered a fair price for such a great experience. The only downside was the breakfast with warm dishes that were almost cold.

The hotel is located in an easy to reach location near to the metro stop, making it very convenient even with heavy suitcases. The area is close to major attractions such as mosques and the famous Galata Tower with plenty of shops to explore. Rooms are well-decorated and comfortable with facilities such as a safety box with good size. Breakfast is served with a decent range of options.

The hotel seems to have issues with some basic amenities like toiletries, which were not adequately provided in some cases, and low water pressure in bathrooms during a few instances.

My partner and I recently had a romantic getaway and had a pleasant stay. the breakfast had a variety of options and we enjoyed the complementary cheese and olives. the hotel's location was perfect for quick access to key tourist attractions and public transportation. We also appreciated the cozy and soundproof room which provided a comfortable sleeping atmosphere.

On the other hand, we were not too fond of the old building with its dingy floors and small elevator. the air-conditioning was quite loud and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were not ideal.

Best location near tram and subway stations, close to Taksim without the noise. Spacious and clean room with a decent-sized bathroom. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, with the Guest Relation rep going above and beyond to provide guidance and even surprising me with a birthday cake.

The room's AC wasn't working and the sound from the bathroom upstairs was creepy. There weren't enough cutleries during breakfast, which needs improvement.
