We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was amazing, with easy access to transportation and great views of the Bosphorus.

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation options, making sightseeing a breeze. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, especially when calling for a taxi. The Nespresso machine and free capsules were a nice touch.

There were some issues with the bathroom not having a lock, which could be a concern for families with young children.

Conveniently located, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety. Impressive views from the terrace cafe. Helpful staff throughout the entire stay. Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules in the room is a nice touch.

The hotel's breakfast was quite filling with a variety of options to choose from, gave us a good start to our day. the hotel was located in a great area, with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions nearby. We truly enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop area, especially with some complimentary treats.

The hotel's staff at the restaurant were not always attentive, and during peak hours the place was packed with lots of smoke, making it a bit uncomfortable for us to sit there.

My room had stunning views of the river and Asian side. The rooftop breakfast area was lovely. The location on the tram line between the old city and Besiktas was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This venue is amazing! We enjoyed the luxurious amenities like the private facilities and the Jacuzzi. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages like a leisure/TV room. the staff provided impeccable service and fulfilled all our needs. the location advantages were ideal for car rides.

The breakfast buffet could have been better. Although the quality was good, the content was limited.
