Had an amazing Christmas experience! the view of hot air balloons was just breathtaking and it was crucial that the hotel was in the perfect location to watch them go up. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, offering us coffee and tea during the sunrise. the best part of our stay was the food! Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and of excellent quality. We also enjoyed the complimentary lunch and the hot tub was just perfect!

The stairs in our room were very narrow and it was difficult to navigate the baggage, but we managed. There was no full-length mirror in the standard room which was a bit inconvenient.
