Great location, close to historical sites and transportation options. the hotel was clean and modern, with friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. Free tea facilities and a strong water shower were a nice touch.

Some rooms had a strange layout, with access through the breakfast restaurant. the economy rooms were smaller and lacked amenities like tables for suitcases.

Within easy walking distance to all the major attractions.

The rooftop was closed for renovations, which was a little disappointing. However, the staff offered to take us up for some photos which was a nice touch.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast waiter went out of his way to assist us. The location was perfect, very close to public transportation and attractions. the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city.

The cleanliness could have been improved, as there was some dust in the corners and stickiness on the counters. the wifi in our room was not reliable and only worked in certain areas.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of the historic district, close to the tram line which can take you all over the city. The service is excellent, with 24-hour room service and a doctor on call. The room amenities are excellent, with free wi-fi in the rooms and soundproofed walls. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is delicious.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
