The Miray Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices for both the rooms and the additional services such as the safe and the fridge were very reasonable. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They provided excellent service and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near a taxi rank and just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. Lastly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Clean and well-serviced rooms with daily towel changes, a lovely pool, and helpful, friendly staff. the location is great, with easy access to the beach and a variety of nearby restaurants. There are also fun activities like snooker and darts available.

The breakfast options were limited and repetitive, and the hotel seemed to cater mostly to non-English speaking guests. Some staff struggled with English and the tour information was only available in German.
