I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the Old Town area. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the tram station and close to the grand bazaar. I loved how convenient it was with lots of shops all along the roads. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day. The staff was always very helpful and provided excellent service. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful view. my stay here was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the great location and the attentive staff.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

I arrived at the hotel early after a long journey, but the staff at Momento - Special Category were incredibly helpful. They stored my bag and offered me coffee right away. The reception area had maps and the staff even helped me with directions. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque within walking distance. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a variety of options to choose from. The only downside was the wait for the elevator, but overall I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions in the area. You can easily walk to the Old Town attractions, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Additionally, there is a tram nearby, making it convenient to explore further. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they even recommended a restaurant. The rooms are comfortable, although some may be small, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. it's a nice place to stay for a city break.

The hotel recommended a tour company that had some issues, such as leaving guests stranded and dropping them off far from the hotel.

Great staff, clean room, convenient location, cozy atmosphere, well-stocked bathroom. Good mattress and pillow.

The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, good quality bedding, furniture, etc. the key location gave easy access to the Grand Bazaar and was conveniently located near a tram station making travel around the city a breeze.

Service was not the greatest and wasn't what I expected for the price paid.
