The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, changing our room to a ground floor without hesitation. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Parking was easy and the swimming pool looked great. The breakfast was amazing and we were even offered a larger room.

The location was great, really close to some good local supermarkets and restaurants. the breakfast was also pretty good and filling. the pool area was nice and well-maintained.

I cannot recommend this hotel. the noise level was unbearable, you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel.
