The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, changing our room to a ground floor without hesitation. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Parking was easy and the swimming pool looked great. The breakfast was amazing and we were even offered a larger room.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent air con, Turkish style breakfast, plentiful, very friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great, really close to some good local supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast was also pretty good and filling. The pool area was nice and well-maintained.

I cannot recommend this hotel. We had to ask the staff multiple times to clean our room during our stay.
