The location was perfect, with a stunning view of balloons right outside our window. The hotel had a beautiful terrace where we could enjoy breakfast with an amazing view. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even helped us make last-minute alternative plans when our balloon ride got canceled due to bad weather.
