The hotel was situated in a fantastic location, near a beautiful beach, and easily accessible to local attractions. The all-inclusive package was a great value for money, with a variety of delicious foods offered every day. the on-site spa was a peaceful retreat that offered a relaxing experience.

The hotel did not meet the expectations of a five-star establishment. Service was lacking, and staff members were often rude.

The food at this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! Fresh ingredients, no unnecessary spices, and perfectly seasoned dishes that are both healthy and delicious. The beach, pools, gym, and kids club are all super good, and special shoutout to Lena from the kids club! The new building is fabulous and the hotel is immaculately presented. The location is GREAT, just a short walk into the heart of the city. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful views. The sun loungers are the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The pool area is amazing, with three great-sized pools that aren't too crowded. The staff are all helpful and friendly, particularly George and Maria at the restaurant. The indoor pool area is cool and the gym is well-equipped. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are plentiful and the interior design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. we loved every moment of our vacation at this hotel. I've been staying at a hotel in Ayia Napa for almost 2 weeks now, and I must say, the location is simply perfect. With just a 2-minute walk to the beach, it's so convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful clear waters. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

The air conditioning in some parts of the property wasn't as efficient as I would have liked.

I recently stayed at Chrysomare Beach Hotel and had the best holiday! The hotel's approach to tourists is wonderful, with fantastic service and delicious food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking sea views. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pools, are great. The WIFI connection was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The location is quiet and beautiful, with direct access to the beach. I can't wait to return!

This hotel provides exceptional luxury amenities, with a range of exclusive facilities available to guests. The outdoor swimming pool, for example, is beautifully designed and maintained, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas that offer the perfect place to relax in the sunshine. The spa and wellness center is also exceptional, with a full range of massage and beauty treatments available, including body wraps and facials. The hotel's restaurant serves an impressive range of dishes, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a relaxed evening drink.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the receptionists. On occasion, we found their service to be a little slow and less than friendly than we would have liked.
