Excellent location, helpful staff, great value for money. Fresh meze and hot dishes at meal times, with cooked-to-order eggs for breakfast. Manager found us a room with a bigger balcony. Quiet garden space for peace and quiet. Daily room cleaning and plenty of sunbeds. We'd definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

I had a great time at Natur Garden in Bitez! The atmosphere was fantastic, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The food was delicious, offering a variety of flavors and high-quality dishes. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The beach was just a short walk away. Although the rooms were not perfect, they were comfortable enough. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Spent Easter in a hotel that promised inclusion and peace but didn't deliver. The property is well-landscaped and has a beautiful courtyard area. The included meals are tasty but limited in choice. The hotel is secure, and the staff is approachable.

The rooms are too basic, stuffy, and not well maintained. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, and the walls are thin, which makes it hard to relax. Air conditioning and WiFi are available, but not always reliable. The pool is small and underwhelming, and some guests keep the loungers for themselves even when not in use. The location is not ideal, and it takes too long to get to places of interest.
