The hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Drakensberg, surrounded by majestic mountains and offering breathtaking views. The location is perfect for exploring the central berg and engaging in various outdoor activities. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly and attentive. The rooms are well-appointed with two small double beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, and French toast made to perfection.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic with no major issues.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Gooderson Monks Cowl. The newly built self-catering chalets were spacious and perfect for our family of six. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of fresh fruit and hot dishes. The breathtaking views of the Drakensberg mountains were a highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

We had a nice time during our holiday. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, and did their best with what they had. We appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms.

There were a few things we did not enjoy during our stay. The lack of communication was frustrating, as we were not informed about meal options and menus.
