The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to answer our questions and offer suggestions for our city trip. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at home. we loved the fact that the hotel had a terrace where we could enjoy a delicious Turkish breakfast and relax while watching movies in the evening.

The surrounding area of the hotel seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe, but once inside the hotel, we felt secure with the 24-hour reception. The pictures of the apartment we booked did not match what we were given, but luckily, the replacement apartment was also nice.
