There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a very clean and modern feel with comfy rooms. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and daily water bottles. the breakfast had a wide range of options and the location was convenient for my business meetings.

The WiFi connection was quite slow and I struggled to get a good signal in my room. the staff seemed a bit aloof and unhelpful at times, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean deluxe room we were upgraded to at no extra charge. The hotel's location near Kizylay and Tunali areas made it easy to find great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff at the hotel, especially the restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our child was even treated to special attention and complimentary sweets and fruits. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay at the Wings Hotel Neva Palas. I highly recommend this hotel.
