The hotel was amazing with friendly staff, especially Beyza, who provided helpful directions and public transport information. The room was extremely good and the hotel is centrally located on Istiklal Street with many restaurants and shops nearby. The metro station is a short walk away.

We had an amazing stay here! The location of this place is just perfect as it is right in the center of the shopping street. Despite the sounds of the street, we enjoyed the atmosphere as it added to the feeling of being in a foreign country. The staff were so friendly, approachable, and always helpful. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed including an electric kettle and ironing facilities. The hotel provides various services like car hire, grocery shopping service, and paid shuttle service, which made our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the in-room breakfast which was classic Turkish breakfast that was very satisfying and filling.

My xmas stay was wonderful! I loved the warm and cozy feeling of the lobby and the complimentary hot tea and cookies that were offered to guests. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and the staff were always willing to give recommendations on where to go. I also enjoyed the free wifi throughout the hotel which helped me stay connected with family back home.

That there wasn't a lot of breakfast options and the hot dishes were limited, but the continental breakfast was still good.
