The noise level in the hotel, especially during the New Year celebrations. The walls were not soundproof, so we could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.

The lack of drinking water available in the rooms, which would have been a convenient addition. the steep streets leading to the metro station could be challenging for some guests, especially for older individuals or those with mobility issues.
