Excellent service, great location, modern and clean. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Serhat, were exceptional. Safe and comfortable stay, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The rooftop shisha bar had live DJ music and a nice view. Highly recommended for shopping and dining.

The location of Mas Suites Nisantasi was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The size of the room was very good, providing enough space for our family. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in the database, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of one staff member who spoke Arabic and responded to our requests. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring the area. the spacious room was a major highlight during New Year's holiday for my family of four. the cleanness was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants, which made it very convenient to experience local cuisine.

We were unable to sleep due to the loud music from the bar or club located nearby and had to change rooms. the poor service of the staff, who took a while to respond to our requests, was another issue.
