Safe, quiet area. Clean, nice room, great view. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast options. Excellent hamam and spa.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Taksim square and next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. However, be prepared for a tedious walk down a steep hill, especially if you're wearing high heels. The rooms are clean and beautiful with a great view, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service from the cleaning staff, receptionists, and personnel at the entrance is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast at the hotel leaves much to be desired. According to reviews, the quality of food is bad, with mold on cheese and stale products.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff at Nova Plaza Pera. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests or inquiries we had during our stay. It made us feel very well taken care of.

Despite a few inconveniences, such as the location being a bit inconvenient for taxis and the need to walk up a steep hill to reach nearby attractions, we had an overall pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, including Eray, Sefer, and Mrs. Zeinab, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautiful, with stunning sea views. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the sound of seagulls outside the restaurant on the 6th floor. The hotel's location in a residential area was perfect, with easy access to the metro and a variety of restaurants. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and tea/coffee facilities, added to our convenience and comfort. it was a truly delightful experience.

The view from my room was outstanding, I was able to enjoy the surroundings and relax while doing work. the hotel’s hamam was exceptional, and the spa area was clean and tidy. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of food, with the added benefit of having it customized to personal preferences. the bed was one of the largest and most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional, making the stay even better.
