We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us book a safe taxi to the airport. They even welcomed us with fruit, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service, car hire, and laundry. The location was ideal, being relatively close to the city centre and within walking distance of the train station. There were also many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The staff were great and helpful. Nice building. Friendly and professional staff. Convenient location. Breakfast packed for early checkout. Close to city center and railway station. Decent hotel for a few nights. Nice view of Mount Erciyes.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the welcoming staff at Nuzhet. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the dinner options were excellent. Despite a minor issue with the bathtub door, our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was delicious and there were so many options. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable which helped us have a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area. the staff was polite and friendly, which made us feel welcome.

A few things that could have been improved upon are the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the dinner. There were a few areas in the room that could have used more attention during the cleaning, and the dinner wasn't as flavorful as we expected.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the airport and also within a short distance to the city center. The convenience of being able to easily explore the great square where the castle is located was a major bonus. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Kayseri train station made it incredibly easy for us to travel around the area.

We had a fantastic experience at this place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a convenient location.
