We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Alanya. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The cleaning service was reliable and effective. The buffet in the restaurant had a huge variety of options for all types of eaters, including vegans. The pool was nice, although we had some trouble finding available sunbeds due to other guests reserving them. Luckily, the beach next to the hotel had plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The highlight of our stay was the bartender named Zafer. He was always smiling and made delicious cocktails. The staff, in general, was friendly and service-minded.

The food was great, especially for an all-inclusive deal. They offer free WiFi and the location was perfect for my business trip - just a short walk to the beach and close to public transportation. the staff was friendly and always available to assist.

As low-budget travelers, we really appreciated the complimentary cocktails at the pool bar and the fact that the hotel provided snacks and drinks even after 4pm. The staff, particularly Hasan, went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, including fish and seafood. The rooms were clean and though they showed some signs of wear, it was not a big issue. The common areas, including the toilets, were also very clean. The beach was cleaner than average in the area, and the beach staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel's location in Oba was less crowded, but still convenient with a bus line to the city center nearby.
