We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us - right in the heart of the city, with everything we needed just a few minutes' walk away. The service here was exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout our stay. They made sure we felt well taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was beautifully designed, with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and extensive pillow menu, as well as the Nespresso machine and L'Occitane toiletries provided. The hotel's attention to detail and branding was evident in every aspect, including the excellent breakfast and great espresso served in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the fast WiFi and the luxurious spa and wellness center, complete with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

We had an incredible stay at the Public - Special Category. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Taksim Square through the vibrant Istiklal Avenue. Despite being in a central area, the hotel rooms were quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the staff members were extremely helpful, especially Nihot and Osman D, who went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. the room itself was clean and well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of water and espresso capsules provided daily.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

I got great value for my money at Hotel The Public - Special Category. The room was cozy and the hotel's interior design was amazing. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Istiklal street, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We had a great weekend at this hotel. the staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly. They provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty and genuine products, including delicious omelets and coffee.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the cleaning service was not up to the standard of a four-star hotel, as it felt rushed and superficial.

The in-room breakfast was delicious, and the omelettes were the best I've ever had.

The hotel is located in a prime location on Istiklal Street, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff, especially Kubra at the reception, are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, and the housekeeping service is efficient. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty and genuine products, including fresh omelets and coffee.

The street noise can sometimes be a bit loud, but this can be easily managed by requesting a room facing away from the main street.

We stayed at The Public - Special Category hotel during our trip to Istanbul and it exceeded our expectations. The room we booked, the grand junior suite, was spacious and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and a much-needed bathtub. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
