We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. the room was well-designed and had all necessary appliances. the staff was attentive and provided great service. the buffet breakfast, which was included in the room price, was a nice feature. the hotel's style and aesthetic were impressive, and we appreciated the presence of air conditioning in our room, especially considering Cartagena's climate. the hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, and the lobby had a beautiful interior.

Courteous staff, cleanliness, and nice size pool open until 8 PM. Helpful front desk staff and reliable taxis available. Nice place recommended, one block from the beach.

The value for money at Madisson Boutique Hotel was excellent, with a spacious room and modern facilities in the bathroom. The location was vibrant, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, and Bocagrande beach just a short walk away. The staff, especially Tatiana, provided exceptional service and were always willing to help.
