Lovely hotel in the heart of the historic city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big safe box and a kettle for our convenience. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation. Despite being close to a tramline, the room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the internet connection worked well. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

During my New Year's stay, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the 24-hour desk staff. the location was amazing, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby shops and dining options. we appreciated the comfortable and spacious room.

The soundproofing was not great as we could hear noise from the next-door room. the elevator was also quite small, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or large groups with lots of luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore the historic sites and popular attractions. It is just a short walk to Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Egypt bazars. The Marmaray underground station is also close by, providing quick and easy access to other parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries in the vicinity, ensuring that all your dining needs are met. The rooms are comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast is satisfactory and there are facilities such as a safe box, kettle, and free water bottles available.

There were occasional noisy guests during the nighttime, which disrupted our sleep for a short period.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed, including organizing a ride back to the airport. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was no extra charge for it. The location was perfect, central yet not noisy, and allowed us easy access to cafes, restaurants, and markets. We particularly appreciated that the hotel was in a flat area, making it convenient for our family, including kids and the elderly, to explore the area without having to walk uphill. the staff, location, and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable.

We felt so welcome at the hotel that we have no complaints whatsoever. The experience was absolutely fantastic.
