The hotel was in a great location, convenient for business travelers, with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly and it was quite hot, so opening the window was necessary, but it was noisy due to the nearby bars and restaurants. there were some issues with the door locks, which made me feel unsafe at times.

The sitting area was cozy and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the garden furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bathroom was modern and well-designed, with a hairdryer, shower, and complimentary toiletries. We appreciated the presence of useful amenities like an AM/FM alarm clock, direct dial telephone, and a flat-screen TV with data ports. The location of Best Western Plus was fantastic, right in the middle of the city center. We were able to easily access all the attractions and amenities we wanted. The wifi connection was also reliable, which made our stay even more convenient.
