We were lucky to find this hotel and it was truly a gem. the location is fantastic, close to the stunning Bosphorus and Taksim Square. the employees are amazing, especially Yuksel at the reception who assisted us with tour arrangements and taxis. the entire staff, from the cleaning crew to the bar tenders, made our experience exceptional. Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal suite with a stunning view. The gym was clean and had new facilities. The breakfast was delicious, although the breakfast area was slightly cramped. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with fresh sheets and towels. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa where I enjoyed a fantastic massage. The location was perfect, as it was easy to get to all the attractions in this city. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, going out of their way to make my stay convenient.

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of interesting places nearby, such as a good restaurant and Taksim square which is within walking distance. Also, taxis charge only 10 TL to nearby sites up the Bosphorus. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is in a very good neighborhood, just a short walk away from the main square. The service was amazing, with room service available around the clock and a great staff willing to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the car hire and dry cleaning services offered here. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The terrace was also a nice touch!

During my Christmas stay, we enjoyed a couple of complementary gestures offered by the hotel. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city! We could easily access various tourist attractions within a short distance. the breakfast options were also good, with a decent spread of items to choose from.

The room was outdated, and the decor was old. the room also lacked basic amenities like toiletries, and we had to ask for them every day.

the staff at the reception were very kind and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, which was especially important in the current times. the room had a beautiful view and the facilities inside were great, including the cleanliness. it was the perfect place for a nice stay in the city.
