had an amazing time in kusadasi, and palmin made it even better! staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and spacious. felt safe as a single parent. will definitely stay again!

wifi was unreliable

We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a beautiful residential area on top of a steep hill. The views are absolutely stunning! The staff at this hotel were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the room maid to the waiters, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to the staff members who assisted my wife, who was in a wheelchair, they were so attentive and made sure she had a comfortable experience. The service at this hotel is truly top-notch!

This hotel is perfect for families. The children's pool and play area are great for keeping the little ones entertained.

Location was ideal as it was within walking distance to the beach and city center. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport which was a big convenience.

The staff was not very welcoming or helpful throughout our stay. The food options were limited and average in quality. The pool was overcrowded with guests and we had a hard time finding available sunbeds. The overall experience was disappointing and we would not recommend it to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near a clinic, making it easily accessible in case of any medical emergencies. the hotel is within walking distance to Lady's Beach, a beautiful area filled with charming restaurants where guests can enjoy a delightful meal. the hotel's central location makes it a great starting point for exploring everything the surrounding area has to offer.

While the poolside entertainment was enjoyable, there were a few moments where the quality of the shows could have been improved.

We went in June and were impressed by the clean room and excellent value for money. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. The towel service was a nice touch and the pool was clean and well-equipped. The location was good, away from the hustle and bustle but with easy access to town. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The food was excellent with plenty of variety. The staff was superb, from the waiting staff to the chefs. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the water slides were a lot of fun. The lobby had well-stocked shops and the spa was excellent. it was a friendly and welcoming place with fantastic views.
