The hotel is located in a beautiful region with breathtaking views and the thermal pools are simply amazing. The spa service was mind-blowing, offering the best two hours of relaxation and treatment. The meals, although a bit rushed during dinner hours, were of good quality. The hotel staff, despite a few minor hiccups, such as being a bit mean with water and charging for pool caps, were lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was very enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and spa. The cleanliness was spot on, with the rooms being super clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the thermal pools which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was also convenient, not far from the market and just a short distance from the rehabilitation centre. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I appreciated the small touches, such as the TV hidden in the mirror and the fruit dish that was waiting for me upon arrival. the hotel grounds were beautiful, with a lovely garden area. the staff was helpful and even offered me tea while I waited for my room to be prepared. the breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable, and I loved the afternoon tea with homemade cookies. it was a luxurious experience at an affordable price.

We stayed at Pam Thermal Hotel Clinic & Spa for a few nights during our trip. The thermal facilities were excellent, especially the open thermal mud pool. Despite the hotel being densely populated with many blocks, we had no trouble finding space in the swimming pool or a table for dinner. The variety at breakfast was impressive, and the clean rooms added to our pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in a beautiful region, making it a great addition to our trip after exploring Pammukale's famous spots.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a mountain retreat in a beautiful location. The thermal pools and medical services at the neighboring clinic were absolutely perfect. The variety and deliciousness of the meals exceeded my expectations. The massages provided by the friendly and professional staff were top-notch. The cleanliness around the pool and spa areas was impressive, and the rooms were always kept to a high standard. The mountain walks and paths allowed me to truly connect with nature, encountering wild tortoises, birds, and frogs along the way. This getaway was an unforgettable experience that I would definitely recommend.

the highlight was definitely the thermal waters piped to our room, as well as the outdoor and indoor thermal pools and mud pool. It was such a luxury to have these facilities right on site. the half board option was also a bonus, ensuring we had delicious meals throughout our stay. the hotel's location, set back from the main road, meant that it was quieter, but still only a 5-minute walk to the village of Karahayit for shopping. the staff were friendly and the thermal facilities were well-maintained. we had a fantastic experience at Pam Thermal Hotel Clinic & Spa.
