I had a fantastic stay at Park Grazza. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to Osmanbey metro station. The hotel itself was brilliantly designed, with a tall and narrow layout that made the most of the space. The staff were exceptional, always knowing what I needed before I even asked. They even provided maps and transportation information at the reception, which was incredibly helpful. The small terrace/balcony was a nice touch, providing a space where I could smoke. And the breakfast, while not extensive in variety, had exactly what I needed to start my day. I especially enjoyed trying out the local restaurants nearby, like Cag Kebap, which served the best food in Istanbul according to the locals.

The Hotel was super comfortable, with kind and hospitable staff. It had a parking for the car and was located near the centre but in a quiet area. The rooms were incredibly clean!

Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our visit. the plumbing was unreliable, and we experienced several instances of discolored and foul-smelling water.
