We got a nice feeling when we arrived and checked in, and saw that it was a sister property of a place we previously enjoyed in Tokyo. the vibe at Len is very cool, with a mix of social and quiet guests. the facilities were top-notch and the staff were sweet and friendly. We especially loved the excellent coffee and selection of craft beers.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many popular tourist spots. It is just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations on local restaurants and shops. The beds are spacious and comfortable, with curtains for added privacy.

Some guests have mentioned that the air conditioning in the dorm rooms is not very effective, making it difficult to control the temperature.

The bar at 1F has a cool, modern ambiance with vintage colors. Good drinks, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Common area on upper floors has a great atmosphere and is well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Incredible bar and cafe downstairs serving mind-blowing coffee and delicious food at good prices. The hostel's modern and cool style, along with its fantastic location, make it a jaw-dropping choice. Rooms are spacious and the common area is super nice. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

As women traveling alone, we loved the friendly and engaging staff, carefully crafted design elements, and respectful fellow travelers. The location was epic, with easy access to the train station, restaurants, bars, and the Kamo River. The helpful staff assisted us with restaurant reservations, finding local shops, and recommending delicious beers. Can't wait to go back!

I had a fantastic stay at Len Kyoto! the staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect. It's within walking distance to Gion, the main temples, and downtown, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hostel for easy transportation. the bar was a great place to socialize, and the common area on the first floor was a cozy spot to relax. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern industrial vibe. I felt right at home here. Highly recommended!

The staff at Len made me feel welcome and were very helpful. The living area and kitchen were well-equipped and had a great view. The cafe served delicious coffee and the fish and chips were the best I've had in the area. The location was central and convenient for exploring. The WiFi was fast and the common areas were clean and great for socializing.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and were more than willing to assist us with any questions or concerns. The location of the hostel was also a major plus. It was conveniently close to attractions like the Gion district, downtown, and the Kamo river. However, it was a bit far from other attractions like Arashiyama and the Golden Temple. I would recommend renting a bike to easily explore the city. Lastly, the design of the hostel was a unique combination of modern and traditional Japanese, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The café and bar were also great features, and the lounge area was perfect for remote work or meeting fellow travelers.

Facilities were quite limited at this hostel, with only two showers available and one of them reserved for women only. This became a problem for us on our last day, as we had to wait for quite a while to use the shower.

the location was perfect with a bus stop right at the front door. the hostel was also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the river and Pontocho street. the wifi worked perfectly, and I loved the fact that there was a bar on the first floor. the common area, which included the kitchen and fridge, was a great space. the showers on every floor were clean and easily accessible. it was a very nice and clean hostel.

We had a fabulous stay at Len Kyoto Kawaramachi! The bar downstairs was a great attraction, and we were lucky to catch a concert on the day we arrived. The atmosphere was amazing, and the drinks were both cheap and delicious. The rooms were comfortable with cozy beds, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking anything we wanted. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. we had a fantastic experience at this hostel.

Noisy location due to being on a busy road, which may be a concern for light sleepers. Limited accessibility to certain attractions, requiring additional transportation such as renting a bike.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even staying back for me when I arrived later than the check-in time. The hotel facilities, including the common room and kitchen, were clean and cozy, providing a beautiful space to hang out and cook. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most places of interest and very close to bus stops and the subway station.

I had an amazing experience at this hostel in Kyoto. the atmosphere was fantastic, and the common bathroom areas were spacious and well maintained. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with a big shopping area and famous temple within walking distance. the hostel had a cool bar and a comfortable common space where I could enjoy free coffee and tea. the beds were comfortable and the room provided a good level of privacy. it was a great place to stay and offered excellent value for money.
