The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the major attractions in the old part of the city. There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with a nice design. Despite the room being a bit small, it was still comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa and had a great massage.

We got great value for our money at Pell Palace Hotel & Spa. The room was fantastic, even better than the pictures. The location was perfect, close to all the major tourist sites and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff treated us with the utmost care and gave us helpful advice for exploring the city.

The value for money at Pell Palace Hotel & Spa was excellent, and our room was spacious with a great view of the Bosphorus from the balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Cemberlitas tram station and within walking distance of all the major sights in the old town. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Ramazan and Kadri who took care of us during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Cemberlitas tram station in Istanbul's old town. the location was perfect for exploring the major sites, and it was a quiet retreat away from the crowds. Our junior suite was incredibly spacious and had a balcony with a partial view of the Bosphorus. the hotel service was exceptional, with early check-in and friendly staff like Ramazan and Kadri who took care of us throughout our stay. We enjoyed the reasonably priced massage and laundry services. This hotel will be our top choice for future visits to Istanbul.

I had a fantastic stay at Pell Palace Hotel & Spa. the staff, especially Ufuk and Emir at the front desk, were incredibly generous and hospitable. the room service was prompt and the breakfast was classy and excellent, with a regularly changing menu. the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the internet was speedy and easily accessible. the location in the city center was perfect, with convenient access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. the hotel facilities were new and well-maintained. the management has done a wonderful job in putting together a great team. I would love to stay there again.
