The staff at this hotel are really exceptional. They always provide the best service, are super friendly, and make you feel like you are at home. the hotel is in a great location, near the main attractions, and gives you a chance to see more of the local culture. the complementary breakfast is really fantastic, offering a good selection of dishes to choose from. Another great aspect of this hotel is the beautiful and spacious rooms.

The only downside that we experienced during our business trip was that the complementary bikes were quite old and could be updated. the stairs to the rooms could be challenging in the heat.

I recently stayed at December Hoi An Villa for three days and it was the best place I've stayed at so far on my trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, just outside the busy streets of Old Town but still easily accessible by cab. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The pool was a delight, and the bicycles provided allowed us to explore the surrounding areas easily. a fantastic experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at December Hoi An Villa. The villa itself was gorgeously designed with spacious rooms that provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One particular incident that stood out was when I fell ill during my stay. The staff immediately brought me ginger tea, which helped tremendously. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and the complementary breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was great, with easy access to town through affordable Grab rides, and the complementary bikes were a fun way to explore the area.

The friendly staff provided excellent service and offered a better room with good wifi. The room was nice and well-equipped. Free bikes were provided for a 20-minute ride to the main area. The spacious room had a comfortable bed.

The value for money at December Hoi An Villa was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, away from the city, making it quiet and cozy. The staff, especially Linh, were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with everything from tours to motorbike hire at a fantastic price. We would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool was right outside my door, perfect for a refreshing dip. The free bikes provided by the hotel were a convenient way to explore Hoi An. The breakfast was delicious, although portions were a bit small. The hotel's location was great for me, as I had a motorbike rental, but it may not be ideal for those on foot. Despite a few minor issues with the cleanliness and maintenance, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and value for money. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a balcony and a spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Plus, the location was great, with free bicycles provided making it easy to explore the neighborhood. I also loved the breakfast at the nearby 9 Grains bakery cafe, it was excellent.
