We got great value for our money with a clean, well-appointed room and all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Pera and Beyoglu, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, with the concierge desk, especially Ece, going above and beyond to recommend and book excellent restaurants and yacht tours for us.

The food for breakfast could have been better, but everything else was perfect.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Istanbul, I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities. The room had a kettle, which was perfect for enjoying a hot cup of tea in the mornings. I also appreciated having a bathtub to relax in after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the lounge in the evening was a highlight of my stay. The red sofas and beautiful flower arrangements created a cozy atmosphere, and it was convenient to have the option to enjoy a light meal there when I didn't feel like going out for dinner.

The historic and elegant atmosphere of the hotel made our stay unforgettable. The Orient Express piano bar is a must-visit! Our room was well-decorated and clean. The indoor pool and spa area were very spacious. we highly recommend this hotel.

the mini tour of atatürk's rooms turned museum was a unique and fascinating experience. the comfortable room and excellent breakfast were the cherry on top. the 1890s lift spin was a fun bonus. pera palace really made our stay in istanbul extra special.

The hotel's location in a great area allowed us to easily explore this city, with Pera Palace just 2 minutes away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the turkish hamam experience. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location, close to a busy shopping area and within walking distance of a famous shopping avenue, was very convenient for us. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

The hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfills all your exclusive amenities needs. the spa and wellness center is a must-try, with its heated swimming pool and Turkish bath. the massage therapies are soothing and the spa lounge area is relaxing. the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the special diet menus.

This hotel's location is not ideal as it is near a noisy nightclub that can disturb your sleep. the soundproofing in the rooms could be better.

Great staff who went out of their way to accommodate guests, including giving a tour of a museum room. Hotel had a museum-like atmosphere with interesting artifacts throughout. Close location to all the major sites.

The breakfast was overpriced and not worth the cost. On certain nights, the main lounge and restaurant were closed for private events, which was disappointing.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location to explore historical sites, a short taxi ride away from Sultanahmet district. Afternoon tea in the main sitting area is a unique experience. The tunnel tram to Karakoy then the tram to the tourist areas is easily accessible. Also, the room and bathroom are quite comfortable.

The staff is distant and not helpful.
