The location was perfect, with Allstate Arena within walking distance. The hotel was updated and clean, with friendly staff. There is a market place across the road with shops and restaurants, as well as a lake and picnic area down the road. The hotel is also just 5 minutes from the casino.

There were plenty of shops and commercial services nearby, and we appreciated the laundry service and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were very well-equipped, with plenty of features like sitting areas, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TVs. this place really exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is very convenient for those taking early flights nearby. You can enjoy a free shuttle bus that runs hourly from or to the airport, saving you on cab fees. Plus, you’ll have a modern and clean room with comfortable beds and excellent breakfast options.

The pedestrian routes leading to the hotel are not always reliable, especially on the weekends.

The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful, making our trip from the airport very easy. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing us to have a peaceful night’s sleep. It was nice to see that the room had no carpet, great for those with allergies.

Our romantic escape was far from perfect. One staff member was clearly unhappy to see us and demonstrated poor customer service skills.
