We recently stayed at Poem and had a wonderful experience. the family room, Pierre Loti, had a spacious terrace and even a baby bed for our little one. the hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and the staff are incredibly warm and kind. They are always there to help, making you feel like you've known them for years. the breakfast was exceptional - we looked forward to it every morning. With its perfect location close to major attractions and public transportation, Poem will definitely be our favorite hotel in the city.
