Our stay at Princess Residence was fantastic! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, modern, and spacious. The location was great, with plenty of shops and markets nearby, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful Marmara Sea. The staff, especially Orhan and Haydar, were incredibly friendly, generous, and supportive.

Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety.

I recently stayed at a property in Istanbul and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rooms, although a bit small, were impeccably clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. I was impressed by the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed from coffee to condiments. The property is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with a Carrefour supermarket and cafes just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.

Over Easter, my family and I stayed at a great hotel away from the bustling downtown area. Although it was a bit far, we appreciated having a peaceful and restful sleep. The staff were exceedingly helpful and provided us with Turkish delight upon checkout which was a thoughtful bonus. Plus, we loved having the supermarket conveniently nearby.

If you're planning on visiting the Europe side of Istanbul, getting around can be difficult because of the traffic. However, the hotel is conveniently located near Sabiha Airport, which was helpful for our travel plans.

The hotel is conveniently located outside of touristy areas, allowing for a more authentic experience and great value for money. There are supermarkets within a short distance, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, with spacious dining and TV areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, fluent in English and Arabic. Complimentary tea and coffee add to the cozy atmosphere.

The WiFi access and coverage could be improved, as the connection was often complicated and unreliable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, it was outside of the touristy areas which made it feel authentically local. It was also very close to a supermarket which was a huge plus. The service was exceptional, they offered dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service. The room amenities were superb - ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a nice sitting area. The flat-screen TV and soundproofed rooms offered a great entertainment experience, while the washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils provided a homely touch.

This place was a great find. The staff were incredibly helpful and the leisure garden facilities were lovely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the outdoor parking available, as well as the ample street parking. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was in a quiet area away from the touristic crowds. Additionally, there were three mini-supermarkets within a 5-minute walking distance, making it very convenient for grocery shopping.
