The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. The pool and spa facilities were well-maintained and spacious. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the complementary Turkish language lesson from the receptionist which added an extra special touch to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of massages and treatments with a relaxing steam room. The indoor swimming pool was crystal clear with a jacuzzi, perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, making me feel at home in a foreign city. The private facilities were also impressive, with an outdoor dining area and restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes. The location advantages of this hotel were excellent as well, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the buffet breakfast. Although there were a variety of options, the packed lunches and special diet menus could have been improved.
